SHIPPING GUIDE
Once a sale is made you will receive an email with your Seller Paper and Shipping Label (applicable only for using prepaid shipping courier supplied by Novelship).

Seller from Singapore
- Click the "CREATE SHIPMENT LABEL" button to access the Sale Details page.
- Click "CREATE SHIPMENT & SHIPPING LABEL" and then click the "CONFIRM" button to proceed. To make corrections, click the "EDIT" button.
- Select your preferred shipping method:
For Drop Off:- Click "CREATE DROP OFF" and choose "CONFIRM" to continue.
- Download the Shipping Label by clicking the "DOWNLOAD SHIPPING LABEL" button.
- Drop off the parcel at your selected NinjaPoint.
Note: The shipping box must be smaller than 80 cm and weigh less than 4 kg, or the drop-off point will reject the parcel.
- Click "CREATE PICK UP" to proceed.
- Select your preferred time and date.
- Click the "CREATE PICK UP" button.
- Double-check the information before clicking "CONFIRM." To edit, click "CANCEL."
- Download the Shipping Label by clicking "DOWNLOAD SHIPPING LABEL."
- Return to the SALE DETAILS page to review your shipment details.
- Click the "CONFIRM SHIP OUT" button to proceed.
- Select your preferred drop-off date from the calendar and click "SUBMIT."
- Click "VIEW DETAILS" to proceed to the next step..
- Double-check the information before clicking "CONFIRM." To edit, click "CANCEL."
- On the SALE DETAILS page, click the "SELF DROP-OFF ID" to view Shipment Details.
- Download the Shipping Label by clicking "DOWNLOAD SHIPPING DOCUMENT."
Note: Ensure you drop off the parcel on the selected date, or your sale will be automatically canceled.
- Download and print the seller paper, then follow the provided instructions.
- Make your own shipping arrangements with your chosen courier.
- Return to your sales dashboard. Select the Courier Service, enter the tracking number, and provide the estimated arrival date.
- Click "SUBMIT" to proceed.
Note: Do not enter a false tracking number or incorrect tracking details, as it may result in account suspension for seller misconduct.
Seller from Malaysia
- Click the "CREATE SHIPMENT LABEL" button to access the Sale Details page.
- Click "CREATE SHIPMENT & SHIPPING LABEL" and then click the "CONFIRM" button to proceed. To make corrections, click the "EDIT" button.
- Select your preferred shipping method:
For Pick Up:- Click "CREATE PICK UP" to proceed.
- Select your preferred time and date.
- Click the "CREATE PICK UP" button.
- Double-check the information before clicking "CONFIRM." To edit, click "CANCEL."
- Download the Shipping Label by clicking "DOWNLOAD SHIPPING LABEL."
- Return to the SALE DETAILS page to review your shipment details.
- Download and print the seller paper, then follow the provided instructions.
- Make your own shipping arrangements with your chosen courier.
- Please write "Attn: Novelship" on your shipping box for faster identification.
- Return to your sales dashboard. Select the Courier Service, enter the tracking number, and provide the estimated arrival date.
- Click "SUBMIT" to proceed.
Note: Do not enter a false tracking number or incorrect tracking details, as it may result in account suspension for seller misconduct.
Other Countries/Regions
- On the sale confirmation page, click on the “START SHIPPING” button.
- Click on the "CREATE SHIPMENT & SHIPPING LABEL" button.
- Download your shipping documents by clicking on the “DOWNLOAD SELLER PAPER” button.
- Make your own shipping arrangement using the courier of your choice.
- Click on “ENTER TRACKING NUMBER” to continue.
- Return to your sales dashboard. Select the Courier Service, then enter the tracking number and estimated arrival date.
- Click “SUBMIT” to proceed.
- You will be redirected to the SALE DETAILS page.

Bulk Shipping
You can ship your products in bulk via courier. However, please note that bulk ship self-drop-off is only applicable to sellers from Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
Instructions:
- Go to your Selling History and navigate to the "Confirmed Sales" section once your sales have been confirmed.
- Select the products you intend to ship in bulk by ticking the corresponding checkboxes.
- Once you have made your selection, click on the "CREATE BULK SHIPMENT" button. Please note that you can create one bulk shipment for up to six products at a time.
- Choose the Courier Service option and enter the Tracking Number associated with your shipment.
- After providing the necessary information, click on the "Submit" button. If you prefer, you can also conveniently scan the barcode to input the tracking number using the Novelship Mobile App.
Packaging Instructions
Single Shipment
- If you make your own arrangement, you will settle shipping fees with your courier.
- If you elect to use Novelship's shipping provider, the cost will be deducted from your payout value.
- No shipping fee for drop-off at our warehouse applicable for sellers in Singapore, Taiwan and HongKong.
- Use a double-box or package (if the Product sold is a sneaker) the Product before shipping. Pack your Product(s) carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Please keep the shipping box used per item within cumulative dimension (L+B+H) 85 CM. A larger box than necessary increases the risk of damage during shipping, and may result in extra Shipping Fee deducted from your payout.
- Paste the Shipping Label on the shipping box for courier collection or drop off at pick up point. Novelship will not be liable for any lost parcels resulting from negligence on seller's end when using our prepaid courier service.
- Print out the seller paper and place it in the sneaker box or product package before packing the Product.
Single Shipment
- To avoid damages during transit, please do not put more than 6 products in a single shipping box.
- For large quantities of products, it is crucial to ensure that each product is placed in the correct shipping box assigned to the corresponding tracking number.
Failing to do so may result in the rejection of your parcel. - Make sure to securely paste the product list on the shipping box. This helps in identifying the contents of the package accurately.
- It is mandatory to include an individual seller paper inside each shoe box. This facilitates better organization and identification of products.
- During the bulk shipping arrangement, it is essential to ensure that all parcels included in the shipment align with the original tracking number provided. Any additional parcels not originally included in the tracking number will be rejected.
In rare cases, if you can't print the seller paper, write the sale details below clearly on a piece of paper. However, expect processing delays as your parcel will have to be processed manually. This should only be used as a last resort.

Note: Our processing centers are not operational on Sunday. Parcels shipped will be typically received on business days. You will be given 1 extra day to ship if your sale was made on Friday, Saturday, or the eve of a Public Holiday. Please ensure to enter the correct tracking details when using your own shipping method. Providing false information will result in account suspension.
SHIPPING EXTENSION
If you need more time to ship, you can request for an extension from the shipment decision form on your Sale detail page for 24 hours.
For extensions beyond 24 hours, buyer's confirmation is required. If the buyer rejects the request, your sale will be canceled, and a penalty fee will be charged from your NS Pay Balance or Payment Card.
You will be given reminders before the shipping deadline. Please ensure your email is valid and verified (we are not responsible for email non delivery). A countdown timer is also visible on your sales account dashboard. Shipping timely translates to you getting access to your payout faster. Failure to ship out on time will result in cancellation of your sale, and application of a penalty.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If you made your own arrangements, Novelship will not be responsible for any damages or lost parcels.Please reach out to your courier directly and notify our support team of your situation and seek extension where necessary.
If the shipment is originally done using Novelship's courier label, please reach out to the courier to reschedule pick up or contact our support team to update shipping tracking if you wish to use alternative shipping methods.
Damaged or Lost Product Compensation: The compensation amount for lost or damaged parcels will be in line with each courier's preset maximum compensation value. This value is the basic courier insurance - up to SGD 100 for lost parcels.
Reasons for Lost Parcels
- Incorrect AWB attached
- Incorrect Shipping Address
- No shipping label attach to the shipping box
- Changes with the Shipping From Address
- Failure to ensure Courier scans the parcel after taking over
Note: Novelship will not be held liable for any lost parcels due to seller's negligence, in particular the failure to ensure hand-take-over is done.
PRODUCT RETURN ISSUES
- If you haven't received your product, we recommend reaching out to your neighbors to check if the package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address.
- If the item is still not found, contact Novelship support with your Sale Number. Please note that this investigation may take up to 10 business days.
- If you refuse to accept your returned products, they will be disposed of. Any costs incurred in this process will be billed to your payment card or deducted from your NS Pay Balance.
- If failed delivery, a "Return to Origin" process will be triggered as advised by the courier. If you are required to cooperate with the courier/local customs office to provide more information or make payment on outstanding duties or taxes, please do so. If you fail to do so, the product(s) will be disposed of.
- If your return address is invalid, and you fail to provide us with a valid address, the item will also be disposed of. Any costs incurred during this process will be billed to your payment card or deducted from your NS Pay Balance.
- Products for returns are subject to disposal if unclaimed after a month.
*Novelship reserves the right to deny any claim or seek penalty fees in connection with fraudulent user behavior or negligence. Such behavior will result in account suspension.
