- Products must be unused, in original condition, with the Novelship authentication tag attached.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Return address will be provided after you agree to the return terms.
- Refund amount will be reviewed and finalized by our internal/finance team, and issued to the original payment method after verification.
