4 Must-Have Converse Sneakers to Cop Now

3 Mins read

Converse has remained a veteran in the footwear space. Solidifying their mark in the sneaker world with their iconic Chuck Taylor silhouette, it is only natural that we take a look at some of the hottest, must-have Converse sneakers to cop this instant. With one collaboration after the other, Converse has begun cementing themselves as more than a skater, punk-styled sneaker, but one that any sneakerhead wants to have in their closet.

OFF‑WHITE X CONVERSE CHUCK 70 ‘WHITE’

Putting together a shoe by using just two colors and making it look great is not an easy task, and it is especially difficult if the two colors are black and white. However, this collaboration between Off-White and Converse that comes to you in the form of the Chuck 70 White will blow your mind away with its looks. With a high-top silhouette that comes in a purely white upper, you get a clean look on the upper with no distractions. White laces sit on top of a white tongue, featuring the text “Shoelaces.” The sole is where things start to get interesting. A black stripe also runs across the middle of these stripes, dissecting the sole into two. If you look carefully, you can see that the sneaker is orange on the bottom for an even more interesting look. More text appears on the medial side of the shoe along with the logo, and an orange zip tie on the left shoe finishes the look of the sneaker.

The Chuck 70 High Black comes in a simple color blocking with a white toe box and a black upper. White laces sit on top of a white tongue, and a single black pull-out tab on the back of the shoe houses the extra layer of white layers of the sneaker. The sole of the shoe also comes in white, with a single black stripe running across the length of it. Adding to the shoe in the form of a branding label on the back of the shoe on the sole and a circular converse logo in white on the medial side of the shoe. The medial side of the shoe also hosts two extra eyelets that provide both a sense of fashion and breathability to the wearer’s feet.

The Chuck Taylor All-Star Hi Play comes to you in a black color blocking on the upper with an off-white toe box. GOLF LE FLEUR X CONVERSE CHUCK 70 ‘YELLOW FLAME’

Golf Le Fleur, the brand behind whom you will notice the name of Tyler the Creator, has teamed up with Converse to release a shoe with a brilliant design. Coming in a cream color, the shoe features the same color blocking across the upper including the tongue, laces, and midfoot. Pink and purple flames appear all across the upper of the shoe, giving it a feisty and bright look. The medial sides of both shoes feature the circular Converse logo in black and white. The toe box and sole of the sneaker come in an off-white color with a pink stripe appearing across its length. As is typical with Converse shoes, two extra eyelets near the midsole of the shoe on the medial side give the shoe some ventilation and character.
