Setiap produk di Novelship melalui proses pengesahan yang ketat. Nombor penjejakan biasanya disediakan dalam tempoh 5-9 hari bekerja, bergantung pada susunan pesanan.

Novelship mengamalkan proses pengesahan yang strict di mana setiap produk akan dibuka kotak untuk membolehkan pemeriksaan menyeluruh produk, termasuk pembungkusan, rupa luaran, komponen dalaman, dan aksesori. Kecacatan dan ketidaksempurnaan akan diberi penandaan, dan pasukan pengesahan kami akan menentukan kesahihan setiap produk sebelum kelulusan akhir.

If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Requests must be made within 30 days of the Shipment Completion Date (from your first contact).
2. Products must be unused, in original condition, with the Novelship authentication tag attached.
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Return address will be provided after you agree to the return terms.
5. Refund amount will be reviewed and finalized by our internal/finance team, and issued to the original payment method after verification.

Please speak to our Customer Service specialists before performing any such returns. Novelship reserves the final decision on whether a return is allowable.

Size exchanges are available provided the item(s) are unused, still have the Novelship Authentication tag attached, and the product and box conditions are the same as when they were dispatched.

Requests for size exchanges can only be made within 30 days of the shipping date and are subject to availability.
