If you change your mind, you may return the product fulfilled by Novelship within 30 days of receipt in the United States for a refund of the product price you paid, provided you comply with the conditions stated in our Returns and Refund Policy. Original shipping fees, processing fees, and taxes for returns are not refundable.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We will provide a return address after the request is confirmed by the Novelship Customer Specialist team.

Size exchanges are available provided the item(s) are unused, still have the Novelship Authentication tag attached, and the product and box conditions are the same as when they were dispatched.

Requests for size exchanges can only be made 30天內 of the shipping date and are subject to availability.
