在Novelship 交易的每件产品都经过严格的认证流程。发货追踪码通常会在 5-9 个工作日内提供，根据订单的安排而有所不同。

Novelship 采用严格的查验流程，每个产品都会拆箱，以便彻底检查。对产品进行检查，包括包装、外观、内部元件、配件等。缺陷和缺陷都会被记录下来。我们的认证团队会在最终批准之前确定每个产品的合格性。

If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Requests must be made within 30 days of the Shipment Completion Date (from your first contact).
2. Products must be unused, in original condition, with the Novelship authentication tag attached.
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Return address will be provided after you agree to the return terms.
5. Refund amount will be reviewed and finalized by our internal/finance team, and issued to the original payment method after verification.

Please speak to our Customer Service specialists before performing any such returns. Novelship reserves the final decision on whether a return is allowable.

尺码更换服务仅在商品未使用、仍附有Novelship鉴定扣，并且商品及鞋盒状态与发货时相同的情况下提供。

尺码更换请求只能在以下情况下 30天内 发货日期，视库存情况而定。
