This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, mobile applications and services where it appears (collectively referred to as “sites”). This Privacy Policy describes how Novelship Pte Ltd (“Novelship”) collects, uses, discloses, processes, and shares your personal data on our websites, mobile applications, (collectively referred to as “site”) and as part of our services where applicable.
By installing, using or accessing any part of our websites, mobile applications or services, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use our websites, mobile applications or services, or disclose any personal data through our websites, mobile applications or services.
WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU AND ABOUT YOU
We may collect the following personal data from you when you access or use our websites, mobile applications and services:
(a) Information that you may provide as part of your use of our services such as when registering an account with us, filling in forms on our websites or mobile applications, making submissions or posts in a public space on our websites, placing an order with us, or that you otherwise submit or make available to us. The third-party services provider we use to process credit card payments is Adyen and the personal data that you provide for payment and credit card processing purposes is subject to Ayden’s security and privacy policies accessible at this link, which may be updated from time to time;
(c) Your delivery address, including postal code, mobile number, t-shirt size, shoe size, gender and age;
(d) Technical data collected when you visit our websites, mobile applications or access our services, which may be collected by us or by third parties, and includes URL information, cookie data, web beacons and other tracking technology information, your IP address, the types of devices you are using to access or connect to our services, unique device IDs, device attributes, network connection type (e.g., Wi-Fi, 5G, LTE, Bluetooth) and provider, network and device performance, browser type, language, and operating system; and
(e) Third party social media data. When you choose to enable or log in to the websites or mobile applications via social media or social networking services, such as Facebook or Google, we collect certain personal data that you have provided to that social networking service. For example, when you log in with your Facebook credentials, we may collect personal data from your Facebook profile, such as your email address, profile picture and name.
We may also combine information that we obtain from third parties with information about you that we already have for the Purposes set out below.

You agree and consent that your personal data may be used, disclosed, maintained, accessed, processed and/or transferred to the following third parties, whether sited in Singapore or outside of Singapore, for one or more of the Purposes or otherwise permitted/required by law:

The Novelship.com website utilizes standard technology known as “cookies” and web server logs to gather information about the usage of our site.
Cookies are a function of your web browser software that enables servers to recognize the computer used to access a website. This information is collected in an aggregated manner. None of this data is linked to you as an individual.

YOU HAVE CERTAIN CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To stop receiving our promotional emails, email us at support@novelship.com or follow the instructions in any promotional message you get from us to unsubscribe. We will process any opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law. Please note that you will still receive non-marketing communications in response to your offer, listing, purchase, sale, requests or questions.

YOUR SINGAPORE PRIVACY RIGHTS
For users who access our websites, mobile applications and services from Singapore, you may withdraw your consent for us to use your personal data for one or more of the Purposes by writing to our Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) using the contact details below. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require a reasonable period of time to process and respond to your request. However, please note that your failure to supply certain personal data to us or depending on the nature and scope of your request to withdraw your consent, it may result in us being unable to continue providing you with our websites, mobile applications and services.

Please note that we may charge you a reasonable fee for the handling and processing of your requests to access your personal data. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your access request.
We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request.
THIS WEBSITE AND OUR MOBILE APPLICATIONS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE
Our websites, mobile applications and services are not meant for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age without permission from a parent or legal guardian. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the Purposes, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrolment with our services, the impact on our ability to provide you with certain features of our services if we delete some information from or about you, mandatory retention periods provided by law and the applicable statute of limitations.
We will cease to retain your personal data or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
We may also retain aggregate information (which is anonymised) beyond this time for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our Services. You cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.
HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION
If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:

(2) Provide us with the following data:
(a) Registered account email address
(b) Registered full name
(c) Registered mobile number (if added)
(d) Signup method
Upon receiving your request, we will:
(1) Confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
(2) Process your request within 30 days, unless there are valid grounds to refuse the deletion, such as to comply with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Please note that the deletion of your data will mean that we may no longer be able to provide you with our services, and your account will be deleted.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. We will use commercially reasonable methods to notify you of such revisions, such as by posting a revised version of this Privacy Policy on our websites. You may determine if any such revision has taken place by referring to the date on which this Privacy Policy was last updated. Your continued access to or use of our websites, mobile applications and services after such notice had been given and such revised Privacy Policy had come into effect shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
