My favorite part of working at Novelship is the fun work environment and colleagues which makes me love working here. I remember when we worked on our iOS app, the whole tech team put their heart into it to make the iOS app launch happen and it was really a proud moment for me to be part of a great team and company.

My role at Novelship is Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Lead. Although we rarely meet in person, I feel strongly connected with my colleagues despite working remotely. I decided to make a switch to this industry as I was amazed by the sneaker market size and the potential market growth. It's a new yet exciting industry for me to learn and grow with the company. Working on different projects and developing our potential here feels rewarding and fulfilling when I get to see how the outcomes impact the team.

I'm a Quality Assurance Associate here in Novelship where I improve feature development and prevent defects in production. Staff members get to contribute ideas in improving Novelship to become competitive in the sneakers marketplace. I get to grow my career and develop my skills in Software testing and development here with Novelship . Interacting with colleagues from different countries gives me new social perspectives. My best moment during my career at Novelship is when I've been appreciated for the outcomes of my work.
