Every product at Novelship goes through a rigorous authentication process. Tracking numbers are usually provided within 5-9 business days, varying based on the arrangement of an order.

Novelship employs a strict verification process where each product is unboxed to allow thorough inspection of the product, including the packaging, exterior appearance, interior components, and accessories. Defects and imperfections are flagged, and our authentication team determines the legitimacy of each product before final approval.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the shipping date provided that the product(s) are in their original state and QR stickers are intact.

The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned and verified. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total payment) will be deducted from the transaction amount.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipment fees. We will provide a return address after an exchange is confirmed by the Novelship Customer Specialist team.

Size exchanges are available provided the item(s) are unused, still have the Novelship Authentication tag attached, and the product and box conditions are the same as when they were dispatched.

Requests for size exchanges can only be made within 30 days of the shipping date and are subject to availability.
