14 DAYS OF VALENTINE’S SELF-LOVE CHALLENGE

Valentine’s Day is not just about chocolates and roses, but it’s also about taking care of your health and well-being, especially with your loved one. 

This year, we challenge you to a 14-Day Self-Love Challenge leading up to the big day. To make it even more fun, we encourage you to treat yourself with some love by investing in a new pair of sneakers and sport apparel.

DAY 1: Go for a walk & listen to music
